Terms

About these terms
CoPromo is run by DeMind Inc. (“we”, “us”). It’s a marketplace where Instagram creators sell slots in their app recommendation posts and apps pay to be featured. By using CoPromo you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Questions go to hello@trycopromo.com.
Accounts
- Apps sign in with a work email. CoPromo is invite-only for apps while we start.
- Creators sign in with an Instagram creator or business account.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your details accurate.
How a roundup works
- A creator lists a roundup: topic, niche, date, number of slots and price per slot.
- Apps ask to join. Asking is free. The creator always chooses which apps get in.
- A picked app has 48 hours to pay. If it doesn’t, the creator can pick another app.
- Apps that aren’t picked are released and never charged.
Payments and fees
- Apps pay by card through Stripe once they’re picked. We hold the money until the post is live. Our fee is shown before you pay.
- Creators are paid within 2 business days of the post going live, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. A tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) is needed once, before the first payout. Listing slots is free for creators.
Dates and refunds
Refunds are always full. You get one automatically when:
- A roundup with a set date isn’t live by the last day of its window (the planned date ±14 days).
- A roundup scheduled for when its slots fill isn’t posted within the agreed number of days.
- A roundup that never fills is cancelled at its cut-off, if the creator chose to cancel in that case.
- The post is late, or it comes down before 30 days are up.
If a creator moves the date inside the window, apps are told. If they move it past the window, each app chooses to keep its slot or get a full refund. No answer by the deadline means the app keeps its slot.
Content and review
- Apps give us a brand kit (images, talking points, link, promo code and don’ts) and can add a note for one post. Apps let the creators they work with use it to make and publish their slide.
- Creators write in their own voice. Each app reviews only its own slide and gets one round of changes.
- If an app doesn’t reply by the review deadline, its slide is approved so the post isn’t held up.
- No health or medical claims, from apps or creators.
- Only upload content you have the rights to use.
What a post must do
Before a creator is paid, we check that the post:
- Shows every paid app on its own slide.
- Is marked as a paid partnership.
- Went up inside the agreed date or window.
- Stays up for at least 30 days.
Ending your account
You can stop using CoPromo at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Money already held for a roundup is refunded or paid out under the rules above.
Liability
CoPromo is provided as is. We don’t promise any number of views, downloads or sales from a post. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any roundup is limited to the amount paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
